Cabbage pie can be served with broth. We will prepare the dough for it without yeast, on kefir, and we will spend only an hour on cooking together with baking. Delicious, traditional, simple. Ready!

Ingredients (spring mold diameter 18 cm):

6 art. l. flour; 300 g of white cabbage; bulb; 1/2 cup kefir; egg; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/3 tsp soda; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; a few tablespoons of sesame seeds.

Let's prepare the filling first. Shred the cabbage. Onion cut into half rings. Fry the vegetables in a pan in oil until soft with salt.

While the filling is cooling, prepare the dough. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt, add kefir, flour and soda. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Cover the form with parchment, making large sides-edges. Pour in half of the batter, spread out the cabbage, then pour over the remaining batter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 30 minutes in a hot oven at 180 degrees. Ready!

Yeast pie with meat and cheese

The cake can be decorated in the form of a sunflower. For the filling, use any minced meat fried with onions and spices. This pie is convenient in that it can be eaten by both meat-eaters and lovers of cheese pastries, we will prepare the meat center and petals with cheese. For additional taste and decoration, use any seeds: poppy, sesame, sunflower seeds.

Ingredients:

500-600 g flour (how much dough will take); 250 ml of milk; 50 g butter; 40 g of pressed yeast; 2 eggs (one for the dough, the second for greasing the pie); 1 st. l. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with a spoonful of sugar, leave for 10 minutes. Then beat the egg into the mixture, add 50 g of melted butter, mix. Introduce flour in portions, starting to knead the dough in a bowl, then put it on a work surface. You may not need all the flour, the dough should be soft and elastic. Collect in a lump and put in a bowl under a towel for an hour.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in oil in a pan until soft, add chopped garlic, medium heat. Then add the minced meat and fry until tender, breaking up lumps with a spatula, salt. If you like, add your favorite spices to the meat. Grate the cheese.

Divide the dough into two parts, roll each into a layer, 5-7 mm thick. Place one sheet on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil and greased with oil. In the center, lay out the fried minced meat in the form of a circle, along the edge (in a circle) - grated cheese, step back a centimeter from the edge. Cover with a second layer. Pinch the edges, put a plate in the center (where the minced meat is), press lightly, and cut from the edge to make thick strips of petals. Then rotate each cut strip 90 degrees.

It remains to grease with a beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds and bake in the oven for a maximum of 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees or until golden brown. Enjoy!
