Pork Steaks With Yellow Cheese In A Pan

Necessary products :

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 4 pork chops with fillets
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese, cut into thin slices
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

  • Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Marinara sauce and stir to mix.
  • Place the steaks in the pan and bake for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer to a pan, together with the separated sauce, and spread with the remaining Marinara sauce.
  • Spread the yellow cheese on them and bake them in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes until melted.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
