Express purification

If you do not have enough time or you can not follow the regime for other reasons, do a short cleansing course at least once a month. Here are two ways to do this:

  • Fruit course

Start for two days with a glass of mineral water with a teaspoon of salt dissolved in it. During the day, eat 1 kg of fresh fruit of your choice, the amount of water (mineral) should not be less than 2 liters, drink 4 cups of herbal tea, the night before bedtime - soothing tea with milk and lemon balm.

One tip: pineapple and peaches make the skin even more beautiful, pears and blackcurrants help fluid flow, strawberries work well on the nervous system.

  • Dairy course

Start two days with a glass of mineral water with salt. Drink a liter of buttermilk throughout the day, by noon - a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, in the evening - a glass of lemon balm tea.

For the skin

Menu

Day 1 - Unloading

Attention! During the purification, drink at least 3 liters of water, herbal or fruit teas daily (without sugar or with half a teaspoon of honey).

Day 2-4 - Purifying
  • Breakfast - Herbal or fruit tea, a cup of buttermilk (stimulates intestinal activity);
  • Lunch - Vegetable broth. For 4 servings: 100 g celery, 1 parsley root, 1 carrot, 50 g potatoes, 1 stalk leek, 1 bay leaf, black pepper boil in 1 liter of water. Then strain the broth and sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves;
  • Eve erya - vegetable juice diluted with water in ratio 1: 1.
Day 5 - completion of purification
  • Breakfast - pre-soaked 5 prunes, warm herbal tea;
  • Lunch - Broth of vegetables and potatoes;
  • Afternoon breakfast - two ripe apples;
  • Dinner - tomato and asparagus soup, rusks, lemon balm tea. To help digest food, eat 1 teaspoon of flaxseed beforehand.
Day 6-7 - Leaving the diet
  • Breakfast - 4-5 pre-soaked dried figs or prunes, herbal or fruit tea;
  • Lunch - stewed vegetables and mashed potatoes;
  • Afternoon breakfast - fruit;
  • Night in January - bread or biscuits with a little butter and cottage cheese with herbs (herbs), herbal tea;
