Purple-colored fruits, such as blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, can reduce the risk of Alzheimer 's , Parkinson's and multiple sclerosis , according to a new study by Professor Douglas Kell of the University of Manchester.


Professor Kel found that most debilitating diseases are caused in part by improper binding of iron in the body, which causes the formation and release of dangerous toxins, damaging the body.
