And at the same time, an excessive feeling of satiety will interfere with sleep, so dinner should also be easy for digestion.

And besides dinner, there are such situations in life when you need to quickly prepare something for the table: guests suddenly came, relatives returned from work earlier.

Even in 15 minutes you can cook something tasty, appetizing and healthy.

Salad with chicken and avocado

 

Salads with the addition of meat and vegetables are ideal for dinner. They are easy to prepare and perfectly satiate.

avocado 100 g lettuce or spinach olive oil to taste 150 g chicken breast a couple of spoons of canned legumes (chickpeas or beans) 1-2 fresh cucumbers a spoonful of sesame seeds a couple of spoons of cooked quinoa salt, pepper to taste

Boil quinoa in salted water (ratio of cereals and water 1 to 2) for 20-25 minutes after boiling. Then drain and cool.

Salt, pepper and fry the chicken breast over medium heat in a spoon or two of oil until golden brown on both sides.

Wash and peel the vegetables and greens, cut the avocado into slices, chop the cucumbers into slices.

Put greens, sliced ​​breast, avocado, cucumbers, legumes, quinoa on a dish. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cheese and curd cakes with herbs

To make cakes, combine all ingredients except flour. Mix them well. Then add flour and knead the dough. Roll up cakes from the dough and bake them in a hot pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.

Omelet with bacon and tomatoes

 

4 eggs 50 ml milk 2 tomatoes 3-4 slices of bacon salt, spices to taste

Fry the bacon slices in a hot skillet for 2 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes to them. In a bowl, combine eggs with milk. Add some salt and spices. Whisk the egg mass a little with a whisk until a light foam appears. Then pour this mixture over the bacon and tomatoes and cover. Over medium heat, bring the omelet to readiness for 5-7 minutes.

Julienne with chicken and mushrooms

 

300 g canned mushrooms 1-2 onions chicken breast 50 g sour cream 60 g hard cheese 1-2 tsp. flour vegetable oil for frying

Finely chop the chicken fillet and fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Add chopped onion and sauté for 1-2 more minutes all together.

Combine frying with chopped canned champignons. Add sour cream and flour to the pan. Stir fry for a couple more minutes.

Then put everything in a cocotte maker or a bun without pulp and sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. The cheese should be crusty.

Hot sandwiches with sausage

 

100 g boiled sausage 4 slices of soft cheese tomato 8 slices of bread

Cut the sausage and tomatoes into circles.

Put a slice of cheese on each slice of bread, a mug of sausage and a tomato. Cover with second piece of bread. Put the sandwiches in a sandwich maker, cover with a lid and turn on the heat until it beeps. Check the readiness of the sandwich by melted cheese.
