Stew "5 vegetables"

 

A very tender and satisfying dish that perfectly combines five vegetables. And most importantly - it is not only tasty, but also healthy stew.

Ingredients:

Zucchini - 1 pc.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Carrots - 1 pc.; Potato - 1 pc.; Cabbage - 1/5 pc.; Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp. l.; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Salt, spices, garlic - to taste.

 

Peel the onion, potatoes and carrots and cut into thin slices. Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the zucchini. Lay the vegetables in layers in a heat-resistant form, after pouring vegetable oil on the bottom.

 

Add salt, spices, tomato sauce. Pour in some water. Cover the form with a lid or foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Simmer the stew for about an hour until fully cooked. Before serving, you can add fresh herbs and chopped garlic to taste.

Ragout with vegetables, mushrooms and sausage

 

If you want something unusual, be sure to repeat this recipe in your kitchen. The combination of vegetables stewed in the oven and Krakow sausage will not leave anyone indifferent.

We will need:

Potatoes - 5 pcs.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Carrots - 1 pc.; Mushrooms - 200 g; Krakow sausage - 200 g; Vegetable oil - 30 g; Sour cream - 125 g; Salt and spices - to taste.

 

Peel and chop the onion, grate the carrots. Pour a little oil into a heat-resistant form and fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until soft. Next, lay out the sausage cut into thin slices and fry for a couple more minutes.

 

Add potato pieces, mushrooms, sour cream, salt and spices. Mix everything properly. Pour in about half a glass of hot water, and send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Simmer the stew for about 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

 

This incredible Indian dish will captivate you not only with the taste of vegetables, but also with an amazing sauce.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 3 pcs.; Cauliflower - 1 pc. (small); Carrots - 1 pc.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Chili - half a pod; Ginger root - 1 piece; Peanuts - 60 g; Coconut milk - 1 glass; Salt and spices (zira, garlic, coriander, turmeric) - to taste; Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

 

Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into medium pieces, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Put the vegetables in a heat-resistant form, sprinkle with oil and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. In parallel with the addition of a small amount of oil, fry the onion cut into thin slices until golden brown. Add peanuts, cumin, garlic, chili, turmeric, coriander.

 

Cook over medium heat for a couple more minutes. Combine onions with spices and baked vegetables, mix gently. Pour in the coconut milk and put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
