Necessary products :

  • 2 tea cups roasted almonds without salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lump butter (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation:

In a small bowl, mix the sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt well.

In a large skillet, melt the butter and add the honey mixture. Stir until melted and combine.

Add the almonds and stir to coat with the sauce. Be careful not to burn them, stir periodically and keep on the stove for about 3-5 minutes until they are well soaked in the sauce. Leave to cool for 1 hour, then consume anytime and anywhere.
