Necessary products :

  • 3 zucchini  
  • 100-150 grams of minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons minced meat
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt, pepper to taste

 

Preparation :

Boil the rice and mix it with the minced meat, season, and stir.

Cut the zucchini into circles no thicker than 5 millimeters,and tomatoes in even thinner pieces.

Put 1 spoon of minced meat on each zucchini, followed by a tomato. 

Arrange the "assembled" products in a tray, placing the resulting three-layer pieces tightly, which should "lie" aside.

In a bowl, mix the tomato puree and sour cream, pour 200 milliliters of water, add salt, and stir.

Fill the contents with this sauce on the pan, which you put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

After 5-7 minutes, sprinkle the dish with grated yellow cheese and put back in the oven.

Thirty minutes later the casserole will be ready to eat.
