Salad with ham and croutons

Necessary:

fresh cucumber; 250 g of ham; 50-60 g of homemade crackers; 80 g of hard cheese ("Russian"); 3 art. l. mayonnaise; fine salt to taste; other spices to taste and desire (you can without them).

We cut a couple of slices of rye bread without a crust into cubes and dry them in a dry frying pan (you can take store-bought crackers).

Cut the ham into large pieces and put in a salad bowl. Here we add fresh cucumber and cheese, cut a little smaller.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, mix all the ingredients. The salad is ready, we serve it to the table.

Vegetable salad with Chinese cabbage

Salad Ingredients:

150 g of Chinese cabbage; 80 g of tomatoes; 80 g cucumbers; a couple of sprigs of dill; 30 ml of olive (other vegetable) oil; 1 st. l. lemon juice; salt and pepper to taste.

In addition to the main component - Chinese cabbage, we use fresh vegetables in the salad. Take one fresh cucumber and one tomato. Wash and cut the cucumber into slices, and the tomato into small slices. We cut the cabbage itself into strips, after cutting off the outer leaves.

Put everything in a salad bowl, add finely chopped dill, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Let's salt and pepper. Mix and serve, enjoy!

Salad with smoked sausage and tomatoes

Ingredients:

100 g smoked sausage; 2 tomatoes; 50-70 g of hard cheese; 1-2 cloves of garlic; 30 ml of mayonnaise; dill, salt to taste; pepper as desired.

We cut the sausage into cubes (salami or raw smoked is suitable) in a salad bowl. We grate hard cheese on a grater, cut the tomatoes into small slices. Then squeeze or chop the garlic, chop the greens and add everything to the salad bowl. Here we will lay out a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Mix the ingredients carefully. Salt to taste and pepper as desired. Class!

Salad with sausage and "Kirieshki"

Ingredients:

200 g sausage; 2 fresh cucumbers; a pack of crackers "Kirieshki"; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; a couple of sprigs of greenery; salt and pepper to taste.

Any sausage is suitable for this salad, and choose Kirieshki croutons at will - you can taste it, or you can classic. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Washed and dried cucumbers - in semicircles. Wash fresh herbs, dry and finely chop.

Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour the croutons. Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise and mix. Serve immediately to the table until the salad has come out of juice.

Tomato salad with coriander

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes; half a red onion; a few green onion feathers; 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice; 50 ml. sunflower oil; 2 tsp coriander seeds; salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the washed tomatoes into large slices. Cut the red onion into thin half rings. Add chopped onions and cooked vegetables to the salad bowl.

Fry half a tablespoon of coriander seeds in a pan without oil. Then they need to be crushed in a mortar and only then added to the salad bowl. Mix lemon juice and sunflower oil. Pour into a salad bowl, salt, pepper to taste, mix and our salad is ready.

For this salad you will need:

150 g of tomatoes; 100 g cucumbers; small head of onion; avocado; 80 g curd cheese; 1 st. l. vegetable oil; salt and pepper to your liking.

Tomatoes must be washed and cut into cubes. Put on a plate. After peeling the avocado, cut it into slices. Wash the fresh cucumber, cut into thin semi-circles, chop the onion in the same way. Cottage cheese will give the dish a nice creamy touch, so carefully form it into small balls and add to the rest of the ingredients. It remains to pour vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
