Ingredients:

Apple - 1 pc.; Pickled cucumber - 1-2 pcs.; Bulb - 1 pc. (small); Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; Salt, pepper, sugar - to taste.

Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and scald with boiling water. Drain a little and put in a salad bowl. Add a chopped cucumber and a peeled apple there. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar to bring out the sourness. Drizzle with unrefined vegetable oil and serve the salad to the table.

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into medium slices. Add chopped onion, chopped greens. Squeeze lemon juice, pour in olive oil. Dry a little coriander in a pan, and then rub it together with salt and pepper. Add spices, mix and serve the salad to the table.

Salad with canned fish and Chinese cabbage

 

If you have a jar of canned sardine, saury, pink salmon or tuna on hand, be sure to cook this salad.

Ingredients:

Canned fish - 1 jar; Beijing cabbage - 150 g; Bulb - 1 pc.; Carrots - 1 pc.; Salt, pepper, mayonnaise - to taste; Boiled egg - 1 pc. (optional).

Chop the Chinese cabbage, chop the onion, grate the carrots (ideal for Korean carrots). Combine all ingredients and add preserves. Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise. Optionally, you can add a boiled egg. Mix gently and serve.
