The sea cucumber is an invertebrate marine animal, a unique inhabitant of the aquatic world, which looks like a huge hairy caterpillar.

Composition

Sea cucumber meat  contains protein, fat, vitamin B12, thiamine, riboflavin, mineral elements, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iodine, iron, copper, manganese. Its fat is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phosphatides. In Eastern medicine it is used as a remedy against very serious diseases and by virtue of its healing effect it is valued on a par with ginseng.

Consumption of this seafood enhances immunity and vital energy. It contains about 40 chemical elements, practically the entire Mendeleev table. The concentration of these substances is significantly higher than in other products (meat and fish, for example). It is not about tens, but thousands of times more. For example, the copper and iron in sea cucumbers are a thousand times greater than in fish; iodine is 100 times more. With the help of this gift from the sea we can get any deficiency of microelements in the body.

Prostaglandins have been found in the flesh of sea cucumbers (they improve blood pressure and regulate water-salt metabolism); steroid compounds; vitamins from groups D, C, B; hormones; polyene acids; phosphoric acid; glycolipids.

The meat is combined with all seafood, spicy sauces, onions, tomato paste, vegetables.
