Seaweed is a product that supplies our body with huge amounts of nutrients: iodine, phosphorus and various trace elements. It is very rich in cellulose, which is the basis of any healthy diet and ensures the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and the body as a whole. Due to the high content of iodine, kelp regulates the activity of the thyroid gland. Contains vitamins A, B1, B11, B12, pantothenic (B5) and folic (B9) acids, compounds of iron, sodium, potassium, manganese.

Seaweed is good for the intestines. It contains salts of alginic acid. Alginates improve bowel function and increase their motility, thus eliminating constipation. Actively used in diets for weight loss.

Alginic acid salts and kelp fibers absorb excess cholesterol, which is a prophylaxis against atherosclerosis.

The polysaccharides in the composition prevent the formation of blood clots, reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood and regulate the water-salt balance.

Because it contains bromine, seaweed helps to quickly overcome stress. In case of hypertension, the consumption of this product is mandatory.
