It is possible to lose weight without harming the body if you take the necessary nutrients. What to eat?

We offer you a 10-day diet, whose menu consists of only 3 products - apples, cottage cheese and oatmeal . In combination, these foods give the desired result and bring only benefits to the body.

You are probably wondering what should not be taken while following a diet. In fact, the answer is - nothing else. Taking any products other than those listed is highly undesirable (with one small exception, which you will see below).

The combination of apples, oatmeal and cottage cheese is effective for weight loss and more:

  • oatmeal saturates with fiber, contributing to the normalization of intestinal activity, and with complex carbohydrates that provide a feeling of satiety for a long time;
  • apples are a source of vitamins and minerals; are rich in pectins (soluble nutrients), which help cleanse the body, including effective removal of cholesterol;
  • cottage cheese contains essential fatty acids easily digestible proteins; the presence of the product in the menu ensures that the muscles will not lose their elasticity, at the same time the weight will disappear. It is best to use cottage cheese with a fat content of not more than 4%.

Daily menu

  • Breakfast: portion of oatmeal prepared with water; 2 - 3 apples;
  • Lunch: again oatmeal, boiled in water, 1 teaspoon of honey (you can add to the porridge), 100 grams of cottage cheese, 3 apples;
  • Afternoon snack: some fresh green vegetables or leafy vegetables are allowed.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of cottage cheese, 3 apples.

  • You can drink herbal decoctions, still water, tea.

The claims that the diet of these three products is effective in reducing body weight without harming the body have been confirmed by nutritionists. However, they recommend adding sugar-free yogurt or skim milk to the menu, which would not affect the final results, but will help you feel more comfortable while adhering to the diet.

The diet lasts 7 - 10 days. It can be repeated after a one-month break .

The results

Normal for this diet is a daily loss of 0.5 to 1.5 kilograms. Of course, everything is strictly individual and depends on a number of other factors, for example: physical activity, lifestyle in general, body weight and excess weight, the duration of the diet (the longer it is followed, the slower it is weakens). In a week you can be 3 - 5 kilograms lighter.

10-day diet with apples, cottage cheese and oatmeal :

  • minimizes stress on the body when losing weight;
  • does not harm your health because you get the necessary substances;
  • weight loss is permanent and after the end of the regime they do not return, it is enough to keep your diet balanced.
