We offer you a 10-day diet, whose menu consists of only 3 products - apples, cottage cheese and oatmeal . In combination, these foods give the desired result and bring only benefits to the body.
You are probably wondering what should not be taken while following a diet. In fact, the answer is - nothing else. Taking any products other than those listed is highly undesirable (with one small exception, which you will see below).

Daily menu
The claims that the diet of these three products is effective in reducing body weight without harming the body have been confirmed by nutritionists. However, they recommend adding sugar-free yogurt or skim milk to the menu, which would not affect the final results, but will help you feel more comfortable while adhering to the diet.
The diet lasts 7 - 10 days. It can be repeated after a one-month break .
The results
