Lamb stewed in white dry wine with the aroma of herbs and greens will create a unique spring atmosphere at any time of the year. A piquant and incredibly tasty dish that will decorate both a festive and an everyday dinner table. For preparation, you will need two lamb shoulder blades, 0.5 l of dry white wine (preferably, of course, Georgian wine), two bunches each of parsley, green onion and fresh cilantro, three bunches of extragona. Georgians are very fond of lobio - it contains beans, nuts and garlic, which are invariable attributes of many delicious and healthy treats. With the addition of spices and herbs, the dish acquires such an appetizing aroma that it is simply impossible not to try it. The delicacy includes: half a kilo of red beans, three onions, a quarter of a glass of vinegar and the same amount of vegetable oil, 60–70 g of walnuts, a tablespoon of dried mint and one and a half of dried basil, two stalks of thyme, 4 cloves of garlic, a teaspoon ground paprika, half a teaspoon of sunela hops and ground cinnamon.

Phala is prepared from spinach (about half a kilo per portion of the snack), garlic (two cloves are enough), onion (about 200 g) and walnuts (100 g). You will also need 12 sprigs of cilantro, three sprigs of parsley, one chili pepper, and 20 ml of wine vinegar. You can add pomegranate seeds.
Boil the spinach for a few minutes, and then dry it on a paper towel. Finely chop the garlic, pepper, cilantro and parsley. Grind spinach and walnuts in a food processor or in a regular meat grinder. Next, mix all the ingredients, add wine vinegar and salt to taste. Form balls from the obtained mass, decorate with pomegranate seeds, put on a plate and serve.
