The rice diet , which we will introduce to you, lasts seven days, if desired it can last up to 10 days, but not longer. Within a week you will get rid of 3 - 5 kilograms, you will cleanse your body of toxins, because rice absorbs toxins. In addition, it improves intestinal motility, is rich in nutrients and trace elements, contains few calories.
You should know that all the healing and beneficial properties of rice are real, provided it is unprocessed (brown). It retains trace elements, vitamins and fiber, so necessary for the body.
As with most mono diets, rice has lighter and more raw options, but no matter which one you stick to, the rice should be brown.
Boil 1 cup of rice. The quantity is distributed for the whole day. You can drink apple juice, the consumption of two green apples is allowed. If you stop this way to lose weight, remember that its maximum duration is 3 days. You can eat this way no more than once a month.
In the lighter version , boil 500 grams of rice, divide into 3-4 portions and take throughout the day.
You can include up to 200 grams of any fruits and / or vegetables (carrots, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, dried apricots, raisins, etc.).
Do not use salt and sugar when cooking rice. Drink up to 500 milliliters of water and apple juice daily. 3-4 apples a day are also allowed.
First day
Breakfast: apple, boil 60 grams of rice with grated lemon peel and a few drops of citrus juice, herbal infusion or green tea.
Lunch: vegetable broth, 150 grams of vegetable salad, rice with green herbs and spices, flavored with fruit vinegar and olive oil (1 teaspoon).
Dinner: vegetable broth, steamed rice with carrots and zucchini.
Second day
Breakfast: rice with grated orange peel, one orange and 1 teaspoon cream.
Lunch: boiled vegetables with broth and a portion of rice.
Dinner: boiled vegetables with broth and a portion of rice.
Third day
Breakfast: rice seasoned with cinnamon and a pear.
Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with 150 grams of mushrooms, cucumber salad flavored with olive oil and vinegar.
Dinner: steamed rice with broccoli, vegetable broth.
Fourth day
Breakfast: fruit salad with rice bran (1 - 2 tablespoons), rice with milk (you can replace milk with cream).
Lunch: vegetable broth, lettuce and turnips, steamed rice with carrots.
Dinner: rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds, vegetable broth.
Fifth day
Breakfast: rice mixed with grapes or raisins, add grated almonds (1 teaspoon).
Lunch: steamed rice with lots of green spices, season with 1 tablespoon olive oil, vegetable broth.
Dinner: rice with ground walnuts (1 tablespoon), chopped green onions (2 tablespoons) and grated celery root or parsley root (2 tablespoons; steamed spinach) Do not forget the vegetable broth.
Sixth day
Breakfast: 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1 - 2 figs, 1 pear and rice, of course.
Lunch: rice with raw vegetables, season with mint and 1 tablespoon olive oil, vegetable broth.
Dinner: rice with 1-2 sliced apples, 1 tablespoon cream (optional) and 1/2 teaspoon honey, vegetable broth.
Seventh day
Breakfast: rice with sliced pears and apples, lemon juice (a few drops), honey (1 teaspoon), a little yogurt.
Lunch: lettuce, vegetable broth, steamed rice with green beans and tomatoes.
Dinner: steamed rice with zucchini, season with unrefined olive oil and basil, add 5 olives, vegetable broth.
Between meals you can drink green tea, herbal infusion, mineral water and freshly squeezed juices.
The diet is well tolerated by the body. With its help you will get rid of a few extra pounds and normalize your metabolism.
If you enrich the range of products on the menu, you can adhere to such a diet for a longer time without risking harm to your health.
