Most of us go to work in the morning, which makes eating very important. The answer to the question "Should we have breakfast?" there is only one - Yes, you have to! What most of us do is wrong: as soon as we wake up, we drink coffee or tea, and after a few hours we feel very hungry.
We will pay attention to the basic rules that we must follow regarding the morning meal , namely, what to do to have breakfast in the morning, to absorb well-received food, at the same time to make it delicious. We will also see what is good to eat in the morning.
Of course you have to have breakfast. Always have time for this meal - it is the guarantee of good digestion.
If eaten just before bedtime, it burdens the digestive tract when it should be resting. There may be a feeling of discomfort and heaviness in the abdomen immediately after waking up the next day, which adversely affects a person's general condition in the morning. In this case, he will not feel hungry and, accordingly, will skip breakfast, which is not good, as it has already become clear.
It is recommended to drink a glass of water (hot or cold depending on your gastrointestinal tract) immediately after waking up. Warm water soothes the stomach in case of predisposition to diarrhea, and cold water - stimulates the tendency to constipation.
The first food of the day should be about 30-40 minutes after waking up, when the stomach is ready for work.
It has been proven that it is best to have breakfast between 7 and 9 o'clock in the morning. Of course, if you go to work early, eat before that, but scientists say that according to the biological rhythm, the human body is best able to absorb the food taken in this interval.
It is best if the breakfast is complete in terms of the presence of nutrients in its composition. It will be great if there are carbohydrates and proteins in it. The most suitable for the first meal are wholemeal milk porridge, cottage cheese, raw or baked fruit, also dried (including wild), eggs (especially protein).
Empty carbohydrates that the body receives from products such as candy, cakes, sugar or coffee are not a good choice for breakfast. All these products give a sharp energy, invigorate, and after an hour or two the vigor drops so sharply again. Therefore, instead of coffee, it is better to drink tea (especially green), it is not inferior in caffeine content, but this caffeine is slowly absorbed by the body and slowly reduces its amount, which excludes the possibility of sudden changes in energy, vitality and the mood.
Breakfast can include even the most high-calorie foods, because the energy that will be obtained from them will be expended during the day. But this does not mean that you can eat harmful foods (fast food, processed foods, fatty and fried foods). In the morning, the body adjusts to eating and at lunch you will eat the same as you ate for breakfast.
It is good to have breakfast with foods that stimulate the appetite. This is a prerequisite for good digestion and absorption of nutrients.
