We'll be there soon! Every housewife has heard this phrase, and, of course, the first thing you start to puzzle over is what to treat guests with? We will help you in this matter.

Slicing "Herringbone"

The simplest thing that will help out when guests are on the doorstep is cutting meat, sausages or cheese.

There are a lot of options for beautiful cutting design. In winter, an elegant Christmas tree will be relevant.

Ingredients:

500 g of balyk or carbonade, 500 g of smoked, boiled-smoked sausages, a bunch of parsley.

Thinly slice all types of meat and sausages. Start spreading on the dish from the bottom up from larger pieces to smaller ones. Insert the parsley leaves between the pieces. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised!

Hot sandwiches with vegetables

Another snack option is also popular and loved by many - these are all kinds of sandwiches. We suggest cooking hot. The scent will be amazing.

Ingredients:

6 slices of bread (or more, consider the number of guests), 120 g smoked sausage, tomato, 70 g hard cheese, mayonnaise to taste, herbs to taste.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and cut the sausage and tomato into cubes. Chop greens. Mix all the prepared ingredients and season with a small amount of mayonnaise. Put the mass on slices of bread when the guests arrive, it remains only to heat for 30-40 seconds in the microwave. A delicious snack to "kill the worm" is ready!

meat rolls

Nice appetizer - rolls with cheese. Fast and tasty!

Ingredients:

200 g ham or salami (thin slices), 200 g cheese, a clove of garlic, a handful of prunes, mayonnaise to taste.

Cut the ham and/or salami into thin slices. Chop prunes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, pass the garlic through a garlic press. Mix cheese, prunes and garlic, season with mayonnaise to taste. Add chopped herbs if desired. Put a little stuffing on a slice of ham and roll it up.

4 options for toppings for snacks on chips

A snack on chips can surprise even the most sophisticated guests. To prepare such a snack, chips in tube packages, such as Pringles, are best suited. We offer several options for quick filling.

Cheese:

200 g of processed cheese, 3-4 green onion feathers, mayonnaise to taste.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with chopped green onions. Season with mayonnaise to taste and put on chips.

With crab sticks:

50 g of Dutch cheese, 100 g of crab sticks, 50 g of canned corn, 2 sprigs of dill, mayonnaise to taste.

Grate cheese and crab sticks on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Put on chips.

Fish:

100 g salted red fish, 150 g cream cheese.

Cut the fish into small pieces and mix with curd cheese. Add chopped dill if desired. Delicious!

Carrot:

carrots, 100 g of hard cheese, a clove of garlic, mayonnaise to taste.

Grate carrots and cheese on a fine grater. Add the garlic passed through the garlic press. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Spread the filling over the chips.

Italian style stuffed tomatoes

We will complete the list of quick snacks with the famous Caprese, but in a very original presentation.

Ingredients:

4-5 tomatoes (it is better to choose the "Cream" variety), 100-150 g mozzarella (balls), a bunch of fresh basil (small), olive oil to taste, balsamic vinegar to taste, salt to taste.

Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil. Cut the tomatoes in an accordion shape, without cutting all the way through so that the tomato does not fall apart. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Place slices of cheese and basil leaves in the cuts of the tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Salt a little.

Bon appetit!
