On the one hand, we want to lose weight fast, on the other - we do not do sports. In this case, the best solution is the next diet, which if you stick to a few months in the spring, you can get rid of up to 15 pounds and enjoy the perfect shape all summer, which is so desirable.

The essence of the spring diet

The spring diet is a wonderfully balanced diet system that is light enough and contains all the nutritional potential of vitamins and trace elements. Thanks to this you can maintain your good mood and ability to work and at the same time lose weight.

The diet is not as "hungry" as it may seem at first glance. You can eat fruits and vegetables in unlimited quantities, but avoid fruits that are high in carbohydrates (such as bananas). While sticking to it, drink as much mineral water or green tea as possible. Yogurt products can also be consumed, but their fat content should not be higher than 3%.

Based on these rules, you can create your own diet. We give you an example of a perfectly composed spring diet .

Breakfast:
  • 125 grams of cheese;
  • 2 - 3 toasted slices;
  • a little honey;
  • green tea or coffee without sugar;
Second breakfast:

Any green fruit or vegetable (apple, pepper, cucumber), you can make a salad.

Lunch:
  • vegetable soup (from cabbage, beets, etc.);
  • lean beef, veal or chicken fillet - cooked, without skin;
  • garnish - 3 tablespoons green peas and fresh vegetables.
Dinner:
  • 1 - 2 biscuits / crackers;
  • vegetables flavored with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil;
  • a little cheese.

After dinner you can eat 1-2 fruits or diet yogurt.

Before each meal, it is necessary to drink 200 milliliters of still mineral water. Remember to drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
