Tart Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour 1/4 cup powdered sugar A pinch of salt 110-115 g butter at room temperature
Filling Ingredients:
220 g mascarpone 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sugar 1-2 cups strawberries 2 tbsp. tablespoons jam (apricot or other)
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. In a food processor or with your hands, combine the flour, icing sugar, salt and butter. If necessary, add a tablespoon of water and knead into an elastic dough. The dough can be wrapped in cling film and chilled for an hour in the refrigerator if time permits. If not, then roll out the dough and put it in a detachable form, forming high sides. Prick with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes. Then cool completely.
In a tall bowl, beat the mascarpone, cream and sugar with a mixer until creamy. Put in a tart, spread the berries on top. Heat the jam in a small saucepan until it becomes syrupy. Cool until barely warm and brush the berries with a brush.
The simplest and most delicious homemade ice cream is made from heavy cream and condensed milk. Pour 400-420 ml of cream, 30-35% fat, and a can of condensed milk (or less to your taste) into the ice cream maker. For such a refreshing dessert, you will need homemade lemonade without gases, berries and honey.
The simplest homemade lemonade is made from the juice of two lemons, 200 g of sugar and 700 ml of cold water. You just need to mix everything well.
Ingredients:
0.5 l of homemade lemonade 2-3 tbsp. honey juice of 1 lime a handful of strawberries
Mix lime juice, lemonade and honey, if necessary, dilute with a little cold water and half fill the molds with the mixture. Send to the refrigerator for half an hour. After 30 minutes, remove the molds, add strawberries to them, fill with the mixture, insert the sticks. Keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Honey can be replaced with maple syrup.
Muesli, natural yogurt, honey and strawberries make a wonderful breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. Add all the ingredients to the jar the night before, mix gently, close the lid, and enjoy a healthy, filling and healthy snack in the morning. It is very convenient to take such a jar with you. The proportions are as follows: for two or two and a half tablespoons of muesli, about two tablespoons of natural yogurt go, honey and berries - to taste.
