Milkshake with strawberries

 

Ingredients:

5 cups fresh washed strawberries + 2 strawberries for decoration 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup milk 2 tbsp. l. sugar 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice

Whisk all ingredients, except for two strawberries, with a blender. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with berries, insert tubules. Enjoy!

strawberry mojito

 

Ingredients:

30 ml syrup (dilute sugar in water 1:1) 3-4 strawberries 4 sprigs of fresh mint 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 60 ml light rum 120 ml soda or sprite

In a tall chilled glass with the back of a spoon or a crush, mash the mint, strawberries with syrup. Add lemon juice and rum. Top with soda or Sprite. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.

Strawberry "Margarita"

 

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup strawberry puree (blend fresh or frozen strawberries with a blender) 1 cup tequila juice of two lemons a couple tablespoons of triple sec and syrup (dilute sugar in water in a ratio of 1:1)

Whisk all the ingredients in a blender and pour into glasses.

sangria

 

Spanish sangria is served in jugs and is intended for a fun big company. Traditionally, it is prepared with red, rose wine or champagne, fruits and berries are added.

9 cups strawberries 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup table water bottle of white wine (750 ml): sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio 2 cups soda (or sprite) orange

From 8 cups of strawberries, peeled and cut in half, sugar and water, boil the syrup. Bring to a boil and turn off once the sugar has dissolved. Cover with a lid and cool at room temperature. Then strain. In a large pitcher, combine syrup, wine and a glass of chopped strawberries. Cool down. Before serving, add soda and orange slices.

For those who want to know the simple traditional sangria recipe:

Red traditional sangria

Ingredients:

1/2 apple 1/2 orange 50 g brown sugar 180 ml orange juice 80 ml brandy bottle of dry red wine (750 ml) ice (glass)

Peel the apple and orange, cut into cubes and put in a jug. Sprinkle with sugar and crush with the back of a spoon to release the juice. Add orange juice and brandy and stir, again pressing down on the fruit. Pour in red wine and taste. If needed, add orange juice, sugar or brandy to taste. Put on ice, stir and serve. 

Table water with strawberries and basil

 

Ingredients:

a liter of table water a glass of strawberries a bunch of basil

Rinse berries and greens. Cut the strawberries in half, tear off the basil leaves from the twigs. Place in a pitcher and fill with filtered water. Add ice cubes if you like.

Soda water with strawberries, mint and lemon

 

Ingredients:

a liter of unflavored sparkling water half a lemon 1-2 cups of strawberries a bunch of mint

Rinse strawberries, cut large berries in half. Cut the lemon into slices. Rinse the mint. Put everything in a jug and fill with soda.

Tea with strawberries

 

Ingredients per cup:

2 strawberries half a cup of lemon sprig of mint or lemon balm a teaspoon of grated ginger (optional) honey (optional)

Pour boiling water over ginger, mint, lemon and chopped berries. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes, strain and serve with lemon.
