  • 100 grams of boiled or roasted broccoli

Dinner

  • 200 grams of broccoli and 1 red pepper fried in olive oil

Lunch

  • 50 grams of tuna fish
  • 150 grams of broccoli, 1 onion and 2 tomatoes fried in olive oil

Dinner

  • 200 grams of broccoli and 1 red pepper fried in olive oil

 

Day 5 and Day 6

Breakfast

  • 100 grams of beef
  • salad of 100 grams of cooked broccoli and 2 tablespoons of yogurt

Lunch

  • 200 grams of broccoli cooked in salted water
  • 1 slice white wholemeal bread

Dinner

  • 150 grams of beef, slightly salted
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat yogurt

 

Day 7 and Day 8

Breakfast

  • 100 grams of roasted or cooked broccoli
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup black tea, no sugar

Lunch

  • 250 milliliters of chicken soup
  • 150 grams of chicken
  • 100 grams of boiled or roasted broccoli

Dinner

  • 250 grams of boiled or baked broccoli, with a little salt
  • 1 cup black tea, no sugar

 

Day 9 and Day 10

Breakfast

  • 100 grams of boiled or roasted broccoli with a little salt
  • 2 boiled carrots

Lunch

  • 100 grams of boiled or roasted broccoli with a little salt
  • 100 grams of fish of your choice
  • 1 slice white wholemeal bread

Dinner
