Not every adult loves broccoli. And it’s even more difficult to make children fall in love with or at least condescendingly treat this vegetable. We don’t know what is the reason for such hatred for this useful and beautiful cabbage. But since this is the case, here are some cool broccoli recipes that could very well be your table favorites. Go!

1. Detox Broccoli Smoothie

Do not rush to wriggle your nose, you will not feel the taste of broccoli in this drink. So, let's take a couple of broccoli inflorescences, a small bunch of spinach, a small cucumber, a couple of large strawberries and grind it all in a blender. Adjust the density of the drink with boiled water at room temperature or mineral water without gas. In this smoothie, only the freshness of cucumber and the pleasant aroma of strawberries are felt. No hints of broccoli, everything is perfectly disguised!

2. Fragrant cheese soup

For the base of puree soups, you can choose absolutely any vegetables. Their taste can be supplemented or completely interrupted by other ingredients. Here, for example, fragrant cheese distracts all receptors so much that no broccoli is even felt.

Broccoli Cheese Soup Ingredients:

butter - 20 g; onion - 2 pcs.; broccoli - 1 pc.; milk - 750 ml; cream - 250 ml; blue cheese - 150 g; garlic - 1 clove.

Saute onions and garlic in melted butter in a frying pan until transparent, add broccoli florets and milk, simmer for half an hour. Then add cheese and cream, boil, put salt and pepper to taste, interrupt everything with a blender. Decorate with croutons if desired.

3. Bruschetta with herbs and anchovies

Everyone seems to love bruschetta. This filling option for mouth-watering sandwiches is prepared on the basis of broccoli and parmesan.

You will need:

broccoli - 1/4 bunch; parmesan - 50 g; anchovies - 3 pcs.; white bread - 6-8 slices; olive oil - to taste; greens - to taste.

For the filling in a blender, mix broccoli florets, cheese and anchovies. You can add any greens to taste. We dry the bread in a toaster, in the oven or in a pan, pour over with oil and put the filling on top. You can garnish with anchovies.

4. Pie (or bags) of filo pastry with broccoli and cheese

And here is the recipe for a stunningly delicious pie (or bags) with broccoli, the ingredients are:

filo dough - 270 g; sour cream - 250 g; eggs - 2 pcs.; broccoli - 150 g; feta - 80 g; vegetable oil - to taste.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the round form with oil and lay the sheets of dough on top of each other so that they hang from the sides. Beat eggs with sour cream, add a little salt, mix with crumbled feta and chopped broccoli. Pour the mass onto the dough, wrap the hanging edges inside and bake for 35-40 minutes until a beautiful crust.

If desired, you can make not a pie, but individual "bags" of filo dough with filling. We make the filling according to the recipe, and instead of putting the dough into a mold, we lay several sheets on the work surface, put a spoonful of the filling in the center and “wrap” the bag. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

5. Muffins with a surprise
