Three Ingredient Salad

Vegetable salad

 

Fresh salad based on cabbage. Instead of blue cabbage, you can use white or Peking cabbage.

Ingredients:

200 g purple cabbage 80 g canned corn 150 g fresh cucumbers

Refueling:

mayonnaise to taste

 

Finely chop the cabbage, cut the cucumber into half rings, drain the corn. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.

Salad with liver

 

A wonderful combination of soft and juicy liver with sweet and sour apples and fresh cucumbers. Apples can be lightly caramelized or served fresh. Cucumbers can also be used different - fresh or salted, cut into thin slices. We use bird's liver - duck, turkey, chicken. Let's prepare salad dressing from apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Greens and spices - to your taste.

Ingredients:

120 g duck (or other) liver 2 cucumbers 2 sweet and sour apples

Refueling:

salt, black pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (one for frying, the other for dressing) greens to taste

 

Cut the liver into pieces, remove the films, rinse and dry. In a frying pan, heat the oil and put the liver, fry on one side for 2-3 minutes, then turn over, cover and fry over low heat for another 4-5 minutes until cooked.

While the liver is fried, cut the cucumbers into thin rings and apples into thin slices. Sprinkle apples with apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) to keep them from turning brown. Put the apples with cucumbers on a dish, pour over with oil. Place fried liver on top. Salt, pepper to taste and, if desired, garnish with chopped herbs.

Salad with pasta

 

A three-ingredient salad for pasta lovers. For him, you need Farfalle pasta, or butterflies.

Ingredients for a large company:

250 g farfalle pasta 100 g small balls of mozzarella (baby mozzarella) 200 g tomatoes (cherry is better)

Refueling:

2 tbsp. l. olive oil salt, black pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. small bunch of basil Italian or Provence herbs

Boil the pasta until al dente, i.e. cook one minute less than the time indicated on the package, drain in a colander. Drain the mozzarella, wash the tomatoes and pat dry with paper towels. If you have large tomatoes and cheese, then cut into pieces for a bite. Baby mozzarella and cherry tomatoes can be served whole or cut in half. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with salt, pepper, oil, herbs and torn basil leaves.

Salad with croutons

 

When you eat this salad, you can't stop. I want more and more! Crackers are saturated with mayonnaise with garlic, legumes shade them perfectly and make the salad hearty. By the way, this salad is also considered ideal for beer. There are several variations of this salad: crackers, canned beans and hard cheese, just crackers with beans or crackers, beans and corn. Choose yours!

Ingredients:

2-4 slices of black bread 150 g of canned beans to choose from: 100 g of hard cheese or 150 g of canned corn

Refueling:

garlic clove mayonnaise to taste 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Drain canned beans and corn (if using) in a colander and dry on paper towels. In the version with cheese, cut it into a small cube. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a hot pan with butter, it is important that the bread does not burn, stir with a spatula. It is very convenient to use ready-made croutons without taste (or with the taste of garlic, then do not use garlic when preparing the dressing). 

Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press. Leave for an hour or two in the cold to brew. Bon appetit!

Salad with chicken breast

 

This salad is also called "Peterhof". Ready in minutes. The breast can be used baked, boiled or smoked. It is convenient to use chicken left after cooking other dishes. Bulgarian pepper gives a special taste, juiciness and aroma. And carrots in Korean are responsible for a piquant note. We dress the salad with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

one chicken breast (boiled, baked or smoked) 120 g bell peppers 100 g Korean-style carrots

Refueling:

mayonnaise to taste chopped herbs optional

Cut the chicken breast and peeled sweet pepper into small cubes. Squeeze the carrots and chop with a knife if the strips are long. Mix in a bowl with mayonnaise. Ready!
