Diets have been talked about for a long time. And there are so many types of diets according to goals, methods, terms and results that it is even difficult to count. And, agree - the issue of persistent weight loss is quite pedantic, so the assessment of diets is different.

Another side of the coin is the so-called myths about diets, which we are ready to refute. Perhaps this article will help you form your own opinion on this matter.

Myth 1. After the end of the diet, the weight returns, and sometimes it multiplies.

Diet translated from Greek means "way of life", from which it follows (if we are talking about nutrition) a certain system of eating rules. This does not mean that you should follow a few simple rules:

  • do not overeat (the average daily norm for an adult is 2800-3500 Kcal.);
  • one meal should not exceed 350-400 g;
  • do not eat after 6:00 p.m.
  • drink 1.5-2 liters of water / day.

Thus, after any diet, you should follow the established culture of food consumption. At the same time, you can diversify your diet and gradually include more and more of your favorite foods with one condition: get up from the table with a slight feeling of hunger.

Myth 2. Diets are painful and exhausting, and nightmares about food torment you at night.

Many people complain that when following a diet, it is much more difficult for them to endure the usual physical exertion, fatigue sets in faster, and the diet is monotonous and uninteresting ... as a result - a bad mood, dull vision and complete apathy. A year ago, it would have been difficult for us to dispel this myth, but in 2011, an innovative system of weight reduction and weight control and cleansing of the body appeared in Kyiv (Weightless), thanks to which the lifestyle remains unchanged, the mood is excellent, and the outlook (!) is open and shining The secret is simple - timely stimulation of points that block the feeling of hunger and a balanced nutrition program (when stimulating biologically active points, a person stops feeling hungry, and after a few days - an unreasonable appetite). It is important that the program (30 days, weight loss by 9-12 kg) is developed exclusively in accordance with the individual characteristics of each and consists of 10-day cycles, based on the results of which adjustments are made. With WeightLess, your weight loss program becomes simple and clear, and you can forget about discomfort. IMPORTANT: the weightless program EXCLUDES the use of medications.

Myth 3. In order for the diet to be truly effective, increased physical activity is necessary.

This opinion can be not only wrong, but also dangerous. The process of losing weight requires special attention, both from the person losing weight and from the doctor, who will prevent any unwanted processes. During a diet, your body begins to work in an enhanced mode due to a reduction in the number of previously consumed calories. This is already a certain stress. When physical exertion increases, this stress increases, and in this case, complications are possible: exacerbation of chronic diseases, disruption of the cardiovascular, digestive and nervous systems. But all these problems disappear when losing weight with the weightless program: the entire process of implementing the program is controlled by a specialist, active physical exertion is not recommended during the program (calm walking, swimming, yoga is acceptable), the diet is balanced in such a way that so that the body receives the necessary amount of calories and nutrients. Naturally, after completing the course, you can gradually increase physical activity to the usual level, because sports have a very positive effect on our body.
