What is the three-week diet

First and second - hungry days

During the first two drink 1-2 liters of milk or kefir, 1 teaspoon of tomato juice and eat 2 slices of black bread.

Third and fourth - protein days

The menu on the third and fourth day is based on protein products. They are important because they speed up the metabolism, suppress the feeling of hunger and thus have a beneficial effect on the weight loss process.

Protein menu:
  • 8:00 - 9:00 - coffee with milk, 1/2 teaspoon butter with 1 slice of black bread, 1/2 teaspoon honey;
  • 12:00 - 13:00 - 1 tea cup of meat or fish broth, 100 grams of cooked meat or fish, 1 slice of black bread;
  • 16:00 - 17:00 - 1 teaspoon of milk or tea with half a teaspoon of honey;
  • 19:00 - 100 grams of boiled meat or 2 eggs and 50 grams of cheese / yellow cheese, 1 tea cup of kefir / milk
Fifth and sixth - vegetable days

Of course, you can't do without vegetables. Needless to say, they are sources of valuable minerals and vitamins. And we need to be healthy and strong not only during weight loss. By eating vegetables, we detoxify our body, which is the most important step towards weight loss.

Vegetable menu:
  • 8:00 - 2 apples or 2 oranges;
  • 12:00 - vegetable soup and salad vinaigrette without potatoes;
  • 16: 00-17: 00 - 2 apples or 2 oranges
  • 19:00 - salad of cabbage, carrots and beets, 1 slice of black bread, 1 cup of tea with 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

This menu alternates for 20 days, and in the meantime it is recommended to take multivitamins. If you adhere strictly to the diet, you will enjoy enviable results. It is important when you finish the regime to consume reasonable amounts of food in the future, in your menu to have cottage cheese (options for weight loss with cottage cheese).

If you decide to repeat the diet, this should happen at the earliest a month after its previous application, so as not to harm your health.
