Preparing a "sweet couple" of prunes and dark chocolate is very simple. Dessert will definitely be in demand!

Prunes - 200 gr. Peanuts - 2-3 tbsp. l. Bitter chocolate - 100 gr.

Fry the peanuts until golden brown, cool and peel. Pour prunes for 1-2 minutes with boiling water. Then fold back on a sieve to glass excess liquid. Stuff each dried fruit with a nut.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Roll each berry with a nut in liquid chocolate.

Line a wooden board or tray with parchment paper and place the "chocolates" on it. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Ready!

For a variety of flavors, make dark, milk, and white chocolates.

In a water bath, melt the second part of the chocolate and fasten the cookies together from largest to smallest. Garnish with confectionery sprinkles, m&m's, or whatever you like.

Whisk eggs with sugar. Pour in vegetable oil and mix again. Separately, mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Sift. Combine dry and liquid parts. Gradually pour in the wine and stir. When the dough becomes homogeneous, pour in a glass of boiling water and mix again.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the dough. The baking time depends on the size of the chosen form. It can take 35 to 50 minutes at 190 degrees. Check the readiness of the dough with a toothpick. Cool the finished cake completely.

Then melt the chocolate in the cream and cover the cake with glaze. Garnish as desired and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Chocolate almond cakes

And we will complete our delicious collection with fragrant cakes.

Ingredients:

Bitter chocolate - 200 gr. Butter - 200 gr. Sugar - 200 gr. Chicken eggs - 3 pcs. Almond flour - 200 gr. Baking powder - 1 tsp Fatty cream - 200 ml. (for decoration) Peeled almonds - 40 gr. (for decoration) Cream thickener - 1 pack.

Cool the cream. Place butter and chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Then mix the mass and cool slightly.

In a suitable container, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass. Combine almond flour with baking powder. Gradually fold the flour into the egg mixture with a spatula. Then add melted chocolate with cream. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

Cover a rectangular or square shape with parchment, pour in the dough and smooth it out. Bake no more than 40 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

While the crust is baking, prepare the almonds for garnish. Pour boiling water over the almonds for a couple of minutes, then drain and the skin of the nut will be easily peeled. Put the peeled kernels in cold water, rinse. If desired, put on a baking sheet and hold in the oven for 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 60 degrees. Such kernels can be stored in glass containers for quite a long time.

Cool the finished cake. Whip the cold cream with the thickener until fluffy. Add powdered sugar to taste and beat until a smooth cream is obtained.

Cut the cake into squares, garnish with whipped cream and almonds. Amazingly delicious!

Let the whole year be in chocolate! With coming!
