To make an omelette you will need (for one serving):
2 eggs; 2 tbsp milk or water; a pinch of salt and pepper; a piece of butter (about 20 g); half a small bell pepper; small tomato; greens (dill or parsley).
Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil to it. With a spatula, fix the oil and drive over the entire surface of the pan. Pour in the egg mixture and fry until the mixture is set. Then put on top the pepper cut into strips, tomato slices, chopped greens. With a quick movement of the spatula, cover half of the omelet with the other (you will get a semicircle). Warm up for half a minute and serve.

Ingredients:
4 bell peppers; half a glass of rice; 450 g minced pork; 2 cloves of garlic; small bulb; 200 g of pureed tomatoes or trade winds; a spoonful of vegetable oil for frying; salt, pepper, herbs.
Boil the rice until half cooked (if the package says to cook the rice for 20 minutes, then cook for 12-14). Fry the diced onion, garlic, and then minced meat with salt and spices until dark. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the rice and meat in a bowl and stuff the halves of the peeled bell pepper with the mixture. Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake under foil in the oven for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes so that a crust appears on top. Another option is to add grated cheese at the end of baking. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

If you have chosen the oven, then turn it on to heat up to 220 degrees, put a few peppers on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Then lay on its side and bake for another 20 minutes.
