Eating certain foods can help reduce the overall risk of breast cancer. These are foods that contain antioxidants because they protect cells from free radicals, which not only cause cancer but also contribute to premature aging and heart disease . Eating these foods, in addition to preventing breast cancer, strengthens the immune system and maintains good energy levels.


Green tea

Pomegranate juice
