The most important requirement for a children's breakfast: it should provide energy for a little fidget for at least half a day. And, what is important, the child must want to eat it! Therefore, your healthy breakfast should be not only tasty, but also appetizing. And remember about variety - children love everything new and unusual! Vitamin breakfasts, the basis of which are not only healthy, but also brightly colored fruits and vegetables , best meet children's requirements. And summer is the best time for culinary experiments!

Oatmeal with fruit

Oat flakes - 4 tbsp., kefir (milk or juice), green apple - 1 pc., small carrot, prune - 5 pcs., raisins, sour cream - 2 tbsp., honey.

Pour kefir over the flakes and leave for 30 minutes. Grate the apple and carrot, cut the prunes into pieces. Combine: flakes (drain excess liquid from them), sour cream, apple, carrot, prunes, raisins and honey. And to make this healthy porridge look even more attractive, when serving, decorate it with pieces of fruit and sprinkle with grated nuts.

 
"Vitaminized" semolina

Milk 500 ml, semolina - 50 g, one grated apple, half a small orange, sugar to taste.

Add sugar and cereal to the boiling milk and immediately prepare the fruits: grated apple and orange cut into pieces. Boil for 5 minutes.

 
Omelet with vegetables

3 chicken eggs, 70 gr. milk, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, parsley and dill, grated cheese.

Boil the vegetables until ready. It is necessary to cook separately: corn - 20 minutes, broccoli cabbage - 5-10 minutes, cauliflower is better to steam - 10-15 minutes. Chop the finished vegetables. Mix eggs with milk. Put the vegetables in a pan, pour the egg-milk mixture and stew over low heat under the lid until ready. Sprinkle the finished hot omelette with grated cheese and herbs on top.

Apple and rice pudding

Round-grain rice – 3 tbsp., milk – 1 tbsp., egg – 1 pc., apple – 1 pc., butter – 1 tsp., sugar – 2 tbsp., breadcrumbs.

Boil the rice in water, when it is almost ready, add milk and sugar and boil a little more. Grind the yolk with sugar and add to the porridge, then grate the apple and butter on a medium grater. Beat the protein into a thick foam and carefully introduce it into the porridge. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the apple-rice mixture in a mold and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The pudding is served warm, you can pour jam on top and decorate with pieces of fruit.

Cheese casserole with cherries

Cheese - 300 gr., ½ cup of sugar and cherries, 2 tbsp. semolina, 3 eggs, butter for greasing the mold.

Combine eggs and sugar, beat them with a mixer. Add cheese, semolina, beat again. Remove the pits from the cherries and place them on the bottom of the form, which has previously been greased with oil. Pour the dough on top and bake in the oven at a temperature of 189 degrees for 25 minutes.

 

Tip: for babies up to two years old, such a casserole can be prepared in a steamer.

Zucchini casserole

One small zucchini, 100 gr. cheese, one tbsp. semolina and butter, eggs, salt to taste, greens as desired for decoration.

 

Remove the skin from the zucchini and cut into rings. Boil the prepared vegetable in boiling water for two minutes, then put it in a colander and squeeze it a little by pressing it with a fork. Grind with a blender. Add butter, softened cheese, greens, and salt to taste to the zucchini puree. Mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a mold greased with oil and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Again, you can cook a casserole for steam.

Salad "Vitamin mix"

Pear - 300 grams, plums - 100 grams, cherries - 100 grams, half a pomegranate, sour cream - 0.5 cups, sugar - 3 tablespoons, lemon juice - 1 tablespoon. Note: the weight of peeled fruit is indicated in the recipe.

 

Peel and core pears, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Remove pits from plums and cherries, cut (cherries in half, plums into cubes). Beat sour cream with sugar. Combine the fruits and pour sour cream sauce, decorate with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

 
Morning dessert "Baked apple"

One apple and sugar to taste.

Cut the washed, unpeeled apple in half and remove the core from it, in the depression that turned out to pour sugar. Put the prepared apple in a small form (pour a little water on the bottom) and bake in the oven until ready.

Banana-strawberry cocktail

Strawberries - 4 pcs., banana - 1 pc., milk - 150 g, vanilla (at your discretion).

Chop the banana and strawberries with a blender. Add milk, vanilla and beat again.

"Cheerful" cocktail

A medium bunch of sweet grapes, one kiwi, juice of half a lemon, honey - 1 tablespoon, water - 150 gr.

Remove the seeds from the grapes. Combine all ingredients and beat well with a blender.

Cocktail "Vitamin Bomb"

Orange juice 150 ml, strawberries - 5 pcs., spinach - 5-6 leaves.

Put thoroughly washed spinach and strawberries in a container and pour orange juice. Beat well with a blender.

 
Smoothies with celery, apple and carrot

Apple - 1 pc., carrot - 1 pc., celery - 2-3 pcs.

Wash, clean and chop the ingredients. Combine everything together and beat in a blender until a lush puree is formed. You can add a little honey or brown sugar.
