One small zucchini, 100 gr. cheese, one tbsp. semolina and butter, eggs, salt to taste, greens as desired for decoration.
Remove the skin from the zucchini and cut into rings. Boil the prepared vegetable in boiling water for two minutes, then put it in a colander and squeeze it a little by pressing it with a fork. Grind with a blender. Add butter, softened cheese, greens, and salt to taste to the zucchini puree. Mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a mold greased with oil and put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Again, you can cook a casserole for steam.Salad "Vitamin mix"
