What are the specific characteristics of the fatty product that make it so suitable for dietary nutrition and for those who want to lose weight?

  • Bacon contains the extremely useful achidonic acid, which regulates the work of the cardiovascular and hormonal systems, is part of the cell membranes, and affects the immunity. In other fats (vegetable, cow's oil) this acid is not available.
  • Bacon contains a large amount of vitamins A, D, E and beta-carotene. Therefore, regular consumption of the product strengthens the immune system and gives vitality, and this is extremely useful for a weakened body.
  • Bacon is quickly absorbed by humans, as it melts at a temperature of about 37 degrees and does not require additional energy consumption for processing. Therefore, even a small piece of bacon is able to satisfy hunger - which could be better than diet?
  • To get the daily amount of fat we need, it is enough to eat only 50 grams of bacon. Therefore, the diet based on the consumption of this product, on the one hand, severely limits fats, and on the other - provides the body not only their minimum amount, but also other very useful substances. This is the reason for the change of opinion of the medics. If until now they excluded bacon from all medical diets, today it is often recommended to enter the menu of people suffering from certain diseases. The product has a wonderful effect on visual acuity, contributes to faster recovery of the body after prolonged illness or surgery, improves the condition of the skin.
  • The inclusion of bacon in the diet allows weight loss to occur slowly without feeling hungry. How to properly prepare bacon?

It is very important how the bacon will be prepared, which will be a key element of the diet.

  • Buy fresh bacon, make sure it has a certificate of origin and quality certifying that it is from a healthy animal.
  • Quality pork bacon has a beautiful uniform white color (no yellowish or gray hues, no streaks of blood). Ideally, its thickness is 2.5 centimeters. It should be elastic, not crumbly, not too soft or too hard.
  • When pressing the bacon with a finger, the indentation must be leveled quickly. The skin should be smooth and soft, without bristle residues.

You only need 1 kilogram of bacon for your diet.

Preparation technology:

  • cut a kilo of bacon into 30 equal pieces (the diet lasts 1 month);
  • put 300 grams of onion peels in an enamel bowl, pour 2 liters of water and cook for 1 hour on low heat, then leave overnight;
  • the next morning strain the decoction, put the bacon in it and cook until done;
  • let the pieces stay in the liquid until the evening;
  • then drain the water, remove the bacon from the pan and wait for it to dry; then roll in a mixture of spices: cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cloves;
  • store the product in the freezer, removing one piece each day;
  • do not defrost in the microwave; let thaw at room temperature, this will take 10-15 minutes.

 

Diet rules

The diet for weight loss with bacon is working. In addition, it is one of the most effective in the fight against weight, which does not slow down the metabolism. In other words, the lost weight will not return when a person returns to his usual diet.

It is important to note that the regime gives good results only if the person wishing to lose weight strictly adheres to the basic principles.

  • A piece of bacon must be eaten in the morning on an empty stomach, only once a day.
  • After 30-40 minutes maximum breakfast is mandatory.
  • Breakfast should consist of carbohydrates: cereals or pasta from durum wheat.
  • To speed up the metabolism, you can drink a coffee or a cup of tea once a day (preferably in the morning).
  • Other types of animal fat should be excluded from the menu, especially fatty fish and meat.
  • Limit the consumption of eggs to no more than 1-2 per day (although the yolk is useful due to its high content of lecithin, which stimulates brain activity, it has a lot of fat).
  • The basis of the menu should be composed of cereals, legumes, vegetables, wholemeal bread. If you like rice, bet on unrefined, red or black. White is too easy to digest and is practically pure fast carbohydrates.
  • To limit the intake of salt as much as possible, to exclude sugar completely, including products with its high content (confectionery, sweetened carbonated drinks, pastries, jam and jams).
  • Salads and porridges should be seasoned with natural vegetable fats (olive oil, linseed oil, etc.). The daily dose should not be more than 1 tablespoon, and this amount should be divided into several doses.
  • Water balance is important, so during the diet you should drink at least 1.5 liters of water (non-carbonated) daily.
  • It is obligatory to do water procedures in the morning and in the evening (shower, bath or rubbing with a damp cloth) so that the released toxins can be washed away from the body.

If the above principles are followed, a person can lose 300-400 grams of weight per day. In addition, blood vessels will be well cleansed during the diet, as lard helps reduce the level of "harmful" cholesterol in the blood.

Contraindications

Losing weight with bacon also has some contraindications. For example, it is not suitable for people suffering from:

  • severe obesity (more than 20% above physiological weight);
  • gastritis;
  • pancreatitis;
  • liver disease;
  • bile problems;
  • diabetes.
