For the most romantic dish from the Lady and the Tramp cartoon, you will need: 100 g spaghetti, 200 g minced meat, tomato paste, sugar, salt, 1 onion, 1 sweet pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 2-3 basil leaves.
Take a large frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour vegetable oil into it, 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar, crush the garlic, chop the basil and pepper, pour in some water. Stir and leave to bask under the lid over low heat.
Peel the onion, finely chop, add to the minced meat and salt. With wet hands, form small balls out of it, if they are very crumbly, pour in a few tbsp. spoons of flour. Carefully put them in the sauce, add water so that the meatballs are covered, increase the fire and cover tightly. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Then add spaghetti. Reduce heat and cover again. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Ingredients: 200 g rice, 4 tomatoes, canned corn, 1 onion, hard cheese and butter for frying.
Boil the rice in salted water according to package instructions. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, pour boiled rice, finely chopped tomatoes, corn (draining the liquid from the jar), chopped onions onto it. Fry for 7-8 minutes. At the end, sprinkle with grated cheese, you can add herbs and spices.
You will need: 0.5 kg of young small potatoes, 3 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 50 g of capers, 3 leaves of basil, dill, turmeric.
Potatoes should be thoroughly washed and boiled unpeeled for 10-15 minutes. Then put the potatoes in a colander and transfer to a preheated pan with vegetable oil, salt, sprinkle with turmeric, chopped garlic and fry, adding first quartered tomatoes, then capers and herbs. Fry until potatoes are light golden brown.
Ingredients: 500 g fish fillet, 1 tomato, 100 ml sour cream, hard cheese, onion, garlic clove, herbs.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, grate the tomato (discard the skin) and cheese on a coarse grater, pour over the sour cream and mix. For best effect, you can beat a little with a mixer. Cut the fish into medium pieces, salt, put in a mold and pour the sauce. Send to the oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
For the dish you will need: 0.5 kg of carrots, 100 g of semolina, 100 g of oyster mushrooms or champignons, dill, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, preferably homemade.
Peel the carrots, grate, salt and fry, stirring, for 3 minutes. Then add a glass of water and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add semolina, mix and leave to swell under the lid for 10 minutes. When the semolina swells, transfer the mixture to a deep bowl and cool.
At this time, boil the mushrooms in salted water (10 minutes will be enough). Cool, pour mayonnaise, add chopped dill and mix.
Form small cutlets from the cooled carrots, roll in breadcrumbs and fry. Drizzle with mushroom sauce before serving.
