If we want to store it for longer, we can keep it in the refrigerator, so it will stay fresh for 2-3 months. 
 
If we eat a slice in the morning, a sandwich at lunch and again bread at dinner, it means that we eat a lot of salt . 
 
There is not much salt in just one slice of bread. But when we eat bread several times a day, it builds up in the body . This also increases the risk of heart attack and stroke . 
 
 
The better choice is wholemeal bread . The fiber it contains helps reduce cholesterol and cardiovascular disease. In general, the nutrients in whole grains help the body form red blood cells and maintain the health of the immune system . 
 
Wholemeal bread can help us maintain a healthy weight . However, this does not mean that we can eat without measure. To lose weight , it is recommended to eat less, do more physical activity , and the foods we eat are healthier.
