Grilled salmon

 

800 g salmon lemon juice garlic herbs 150 g sour cream vegetable oil thyme

Marinate the fish pieces for half an hour in a mixture of oil, thyme and lemon juice. Separately, prepare sour cream sauce: mix chopped herbs, chopped garlic and sour cream. Fry the fish should be about 20 minutes, turning regularly. Serve drizzled with sauce.

If you do not want to buy store-bought garlic sauce, then mix 5 cloves of grated garlic, fresh dill, 100 ml of sour cream.

Lubricate the foil with butter, lay out the prepared potatoes, wrap the edges of the foil and send to the coals. After 40 minutes, you can try the dish. If the potatoes are damp, leave for another 15 minutes. Cooking time depends on the heat of the coals.

Grilled Banana Dessert

Peel the banana, cut it lengthwise without cutting through to the end, it should look like a boat, put it in foil. Place marshmallows cut into pieces inside the bananas, sprinkle with coconut flakes and chocolate chips. Wrap the edges of the foil and bake on the grill for 5 minutes.

Wash the potatoes and boil in their skins for about 15 minutes. After it has cooled, it should be peeled and marinated whole in a mixture of oil, mustard, lemon juice, grated garlic, finely chopped herbs and spices. The vegetable needs to stay in the marinade for several hours. Then bake potatoes on skewers until golden brown.
