If you don't buy a candy bar in a store, but make it yourself, you will get very useful sweets . For the white filling, mix cottage cheese, coconut flakes and honey. Roll the mass into balls and put in the refrigerator. Prepare the glaze separately - mix liquid honey and cocoa powder. Dip each ball into the glaze and put the dessert in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Healthy nutella can be prepared on the basis of avocado. Due to the fact that the pulp of avocado does not have a pronounced taste, and its texture is soft and creamy, you can prepare both salads and desserts from avocado . Mix the pulp of 2 avocados, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder and liquid honey (add honey to taste - it depends on the degree of your love for sweets ). Put the mass in the refrigerator for half an hour. The resulting sauce can be spread on bread or eaten separately as an independent dessert .
Another healthy avocado-based dessert . For healthy homemade ice cream, you need to mix avocado, dates and cocoa in a blender. Spread the resulting mass into molds and put in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Before serving, you can decorate the dessert with coconut shavings and pieces of pistachios.
Chocolate topping can be prepared on the basis of maple syrup - the dessert will be a great addition to pancakes or toast for breakfast. For this, you need to mix 4 tbsp. maple syrup with 1 tsp. cocoa, add a pinch of cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
There are a lot of options for healthy candies, as you can endlessly experiment with their composition. It is enough to take any dried fruit as a basis and add nuts, seeds and natural sweetener to it. To prepare sweets , mix prunes, hazelnuts and liquid honey in a blender. We roll balls from the obtained mass. Before serving, roll the candies in coconut flakes, sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
