Healthy eating does not mean that you should eat only cooked food, eat less or say "no" to fat. Healthy habits mean consuming nutritious food, ie. to take everything in the right doses and in the right way. Do not completely eliminate fats, nor get involved in the consumption of protein and fiber. Remember, for children, it is important to consume all the nutrients to help them grow healthy.
Food provides us with all the nutrients in the body. This gives our body energy to perform its daily duties. And all of these nutrients come only from healthy food, not from everything we eat.

A good diet is necessary for the functioning of the nervous system and all systems in the body. All the nutrients derived from healthy food trigger the cells to work actively.
Food strengthens the immune system and prevents easy illness. Strong immunity fights all bacteria and viruses.
It is usually recommended to eliminate fat from your diet, but this is often confused with complete exclusion, even of useful fats. Unhealthy fats should not be consumed, they are saturated and trans fats. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, omega 3 and ometa 6 fatty acids are extremely important for our health. These fats are used by the body for energy needed for physical and mental activities, so do not exclude all fats from your menu, but find out which ones are useful.
Healthy food can help you maintain a well-shaped body without gaining weight and suffering from obesity.
Through a balanced diet we provide all the nutrients our body needs - proteins, vitamins, calcium, fats, various minerals that help us in our daily activities.

It is important to learn to combine all the ingredients without overdoing it with fats, proteins or carbohydrates. Choose good eastern foods, avoid packaged goods, trans fats, refined products, sodas and sugary foods. Choose your food well, eat whole grain bread, brown rice, legumes and seeds, clean meat, quality dairy products, enough fruits and vegetables.
