The way we eat directly affects our health. In a busy daily life and hectic lifestyle, we often choose to eat what is convenient to eat, rather than what is healthy. More than once we prefer to satisfy our taste buds and forget about the risks that this poses to health.

Another problem is our desire to lose weight, this often depletes various essential minerals from our body, which, instead of making us healthier, does the exact opposite. Every element is necessary for our body, whether it is vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fiber. Each of these nutrients has its role in physical and psychological development.

Effects of poor eating habits:

A direct effect of the wrong diet is gaining weight in a short time. Next are problems such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, low weight, brittle bones, and possibly slowing brain development. It is good to think more about your diet and choose your food well to be healthy.

What is a healthy diet?

Healthy eating does not mean that you should eat only cooked food, eat less or say "no" to fat. Healthy habits mean consuming nutritious food, ie. to take everything in the right doses and in the right way. Do not completely eliminate fats, nor get involved in the consumption of protein and fiber. Remember, for children, it is important to consume all the nutrients to help them grow healthy.

Why is it important to eat healthy?

Food provides us with all the nutrients in the body. This gives our body energy to perform its daily duties. And all of these nutrients come only from healthy food, not from everything we eat.

Healthy food is needed to stimulate growth hormone.

A good diet is necessary for the functioning of the nervous system and all systems in the body. All the nutrients derived from healthy food trigger the cells to work actively.

Food strengthens the immune system and prevents easy illness. Strong immunity fights all bacteria and viruses.

It is usually recommended to eliminate fat from your diet, but this is often confused with complete exclusion, even of useful fats. Unhealthy fats should not be consumed, they are saturated and trans fats. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, omega 3 and ometa 6 fatty acids are extremely important for our health. These fats are used by the body for energy needed for physical and mental activities, so do not exclude all fats from your menu, but find out which ones are useful.

Healthy food can help you maintain a well-shaped body without gaining weight and suffering from obesity.
