1. Sandwich from Denmark with boiled pork and red onion

 

This sandwich is very simple - it does not require many ingredients. Take two slices of rye bread, fry in a pan until crispy and spread a thin layer of butter. Next, put the red onion cut into half rings on one piece of bread (you should first douse it with hot water), slices of boiled pork, cover with another piece. Boiled pork can be poured with lemon juice (a couple of drops) for piquancy. You can also add greens or sprouts of sunflower, wheat, etc. to the filling.

Pork tonkatsu in Russian means breaded pork chop. For this sandwich, you need to fry some pork chops in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs breadcrumbs.
