Grind Arabica beans in a coffee grinder. Pour the sugar into the Turk, put on a small fire, when the sugar acquires a caramel hue, pour in the water, bring to a boil. Pour ground coffee and cinnamon into boiling water. Mash cardamom pods and add to coffee, bring to a boil. As soon as the coffee rises, remove it from the heat, wait for the foam to settle. So repeat three times. Pour coffee into a cup. Enjoy aromatic Arabic coffee.

5. French coffee

 

This coffee is prepared quickly, simply and delicious.

Take:

260 ml water, 3 tsp. coffee of natural coarse grinding.

Immediately pour boiling water over the press, pour in coffee, pour 60 ml of boiling water, mix, let stand for 30 seconds. Pour in the remaining water and mix again, let stand for 5 minutes. Then press down the coffee with a press and pour into cups. Enjoy.

7. Italian coffee

Need:

12 g ground coffee, -350 ml milk, 1 cinnamon stick.

 

Pour coffee into the Turk, fill it with milk, put on a small fire. When coffee starts to boil, remove from heat. Dip the cinnamon stick and leave for a few minutes. Pour coffee into cups and add sugar to taste.

8. Oriental coffee

 

The preparation of this coffee does not endure fuss.

Take:

10 g coffee beans, 100 ml water, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, cardamom, ground black pepper and nutmeg on the tip of a knife, salt, sugar and garlic to taste.

 

Coffee beans should be finely ground using a coffee grinder.

Pour coffee and sugar with cold water in a Turk, put on a small fire. Make sure the coffee doesn't start to boil. This is very important, because it cannot be digested. When the coffee foam rises, remove the cezve from the heat. Remove the rising foam with a spoon into cups. This process should be repeated several times, it is necessary to ensure that the coffee does not boil. At the end of cooking, add ground spices, salt, chopped garlic to taste. Pour the prepared coffee into cups along with the grounds. Your coffee is ready!

9. Turkish coffee

 

You will need a cezve, your favorite ground coffee and a pinch of salt. Let's get started.

You will need:

3 tsp ground coffee of your choice, 200 ml of pure water, a pinch of salt.

Add ground coffee with a pinch of salt to a cezve with cold water, put on a minimum fire. Wait for the foam to rise. Be careful, coffee along with foam should not leave the cezve. Put on fire to warm up and remove from heat three times. Pour the finished coffee into cups. Bon appetit!

10. Coffee with soy milk

 

Coffee with soy milk is suitable for vegans, allergy sufferers and fasting people. This coffee tastes nothing like traditional coffee. Let's start cooking.

Ingredients:

1.5 tsp ground coffee, 160 ml water, 150 ml soy milk.

Add cold water and ground coffee to the Turk. Put it on a small fire and heat until foam forms. When the foam begins to rise, remove the cezve from the heat.

Heat the soy milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Whisk the milk in a tall bowl until fluffy. Pour the coffee into a tall glass or mug. Add the liquid part of the whipped soy milk, mix, put the remaining foam on top. Coffee with soy milk with a traditional taste is ready!
