Prepare an omelet mixture, but keep in mind that the amount of yolks should prevail over proteins. Spread the mixture over the entire area of ​​the hot pan in a thin layer, cover and cook until fully set. Then put cottage cheese and fried bacon on the finished omelet pancake, wrap it with a roll.

Rinse the asparagus, simmer for about 10 minutes, chop finely and place in a deep baking dish. Mix the omelette with grated cheese, pour over the asparagus and put in the oven for 15 minutes. You can add a few tomatoes for juiciness.
