20 Dressings That Will Improve The Taste Of Any Salad

Most people use only vegetable oils and vinegar for salad dressings, while there are many more options. And each will give a special flavor, piquancy or spiciness. We present a cheat sheet of dressings for any salad.

Most people use only vegetable oils and vinegar for salad dressings, while there are many more options. And each will give a special flavor, piquancy or spiciness. We present a cheat sheet of dressings for any salad.

1. Universal

 

Mix 60 ml of vegetable oil, 25 ml of vinegar, salt and black pepper, mix lightly. Suitable for any salads.

2. Garlic

 

Grind three cloves of garlic and grind through a sieve, finely chop the dill. Add garlic, dill and salt on the tip of a knife to 70 ml of sour cream, beat a little with a whisk or fork.

3. Cheesy

Mix 30 g of hard grated cheese with 100 ml of olive oil, 90 ml of wine vinegar or lemon juice, 5 g of crushed garlic and spices (using a pinch of each): salt, sugar, ground pepper, dried basil. Store dressing in the refrigerator.

4. Yoghurt

 

In 200 ml of natural yogurt without additives and sweeteners, add 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 cucumber chopped with a blender, 10 ml of white wine vinegar, salt and white pepper on the tip of a knife.

5. Lemon

50 ml of vinegar, 90 ml of lemon juice, 50 g of sugar or honey, 15 g of mustard, 25 ml of corn oil mix thoroughly.

6. Ginger

 

Grind 1 ginger root on a fine grater and mix with 100 ml of sour cream or natural yogurt, 50 ml of olive oil, 30 g of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and pomegranate seeds.

7. Yellow

Beat 3 egg yolks, add 15 g of mustard, 80 ml of sunflower oil, salt and pepper.

8. Tomato

Thoroughly mix 50 g of tomato paste, 5 g of mustard, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 ml of vegetable oil, salt and red pepper.

9. Blackberry Mint

 

Grind 100 g of blackberries with a blender, cut 2-3 sprigs of mint and a quarter of an onion very finely. Mix them with 50 ml of sesame or corn oil, 70 ml of lemon juice.

10. Coconut

50 ml of coconut oil, 30 g of coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds, 2-3 mint leaves mix and serve with fruit salads.

11. Carrot

Grind 1 large carrot with a blender into gruel. Add 100 ml of soy sauce, 50 ml of grapefruit juice, 25 g of honey, sesame seeds.

12. Eggplant

 

Mix 100 ml of lime juice with 80 ml of natural yogurt, chopped red onion, green onion feathers, dill and mashed baked eggplant. Suitable for warm salads.

13. Creamy

Mix 70 ml of white vinegar, 70 ml of olive oil, 50 g of heavy cream mixed with 50 ml of lemon juice and herbs.

14. Apple

Mix 100 ml of apple juice with Worcestershire sauce, 25 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 5 g of ground red pepper, 5 g of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.

15. Based on balsamic vinegar

 

Mix 100 ml of balsamic vinegar, 90 ml of olive oil, 25 g of sugar, 10 g of salt and pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, 30 g of mustard, mix and leave for 45 minutes in a cold dark place.

16. Mediterranean

Take 5 g of mustard powder, paprika, black and red peppers, thyme, oregano, basil and dried green onions. Mix with 100 ml of olive oil, 1 clove of minced garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 80 ml of wine vinegar, preferably red.

17. Mustard

 

50 g of mustard, 1 yolk, 30 g of honey, 100 ml of sour cream or mayonnaise, beat together.

18. Lime

Juice of 2 limes, 25 g of sugar, 50 ml of corn oil, 10 ml of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, lemon peel, cumin and paprika mix, you can beat lightly with a whisk.

19. Based on coconut milk

150 ml of coconut milk, 70 ml of natural yogurt, chopped herbs and 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g of apple cider vinegar, 10 g of ground walnuts, mix a pinch of salt and dried cilantro, hold for half an hour in the refrigerator.

20. Pomegranate

Mix 100 ml pomegranate juice, 50 ml red wine sauce, 20 ml sesame oil and pomegranate seeds.
