In a saucepan add about 3/4 heavy cream and a glass of butter. Mix salt, pepper and garlic salt as desired. Then add 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese and 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Mix together. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup hot water, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons molasses. Then add the shrimp, cook until pink, for about 3 minutes. Then melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a pan, then stir in the pasta, 2 cups arugula and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
