All you have to do is season the salmon with whatever you want and put it in the oven at 200-250 degrees for 15-20 minutes! While in the oven, you can prepare some vegetables to eat with it!

3. Fettuccine Alfredo

If you are a lover of pasta, this is the perfect recipe for you! First, boil a bowl of water and then add the pasta for about 8-10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, you can start with the sauce! In a saucepan add about 3/4 heavy cream and a glass of butter. Mix salt, pepper and garlic salt as desired. Then add 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese and 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Mix together. Then squeeze the pasta, add the sauce and prepare yourself one of the most delicious but easy 30 minute dishes!

4. Tofu and vegetables with peanut sauce

So, this dish is very easy to make! For starters, you can choose the vegetables you want to include! Some great options can be broccoli and mushrooms, which are super easy to saute! Whichever vegetables you choose, saute them in a pan with tofu sauce for about 5-8 minutes. While they are cooking, you can start with the sauce. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup hot water, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons molasses. Mix together and then pour over the vegetables and tofu. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. This is one of the best easy 30 minute meals! And it's also vegetarian!

5. Greek gyros

This is a super fast food to prepare and is perfect for lunch at work or school! For starters, you will need tortillas, but don't worry, every grocery store now sells them in a package! Next you will need different vegetables: tomatoes, red onions, lettuce and cucumbers are a great start! Just chop all those vegetables. Add about 1/4 cup of feta cheese, a little Greek dressing and toss everything into the tortilla! You can even add grilled chicken, if desired! One of the easiest 30-minute meals!

6. Kajun potatoes in the oven

Start by preheating the oven to 200-250 degrees and cut your potatoes into either wedges or strips, which you prefer. Then in a bowl add 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon hot sauce and then thyme, paprika and cumin to taste. Mix this together and then add the potatoes. Once the potatoes are covered with the mixture, place them on a baking tray in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Another one of these delicious and easy 30 minute dishes!

7. Pasta with shrimp, parmesan and garlic

Here is one of the most delicious and easy 30 minute meals you can make! First, start cooking the pasta pot. While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp as you prefer. Then melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan; add in 4 cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, stirring for about 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp, cook until pink, for about 3 minutes. Then melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a pan, then stir in the pasta, 2 cups arugula and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

8. Chicken ravioli with chicken

You can buy pumpkin ravioli for puff pastry in a package at the grocery store, so just boil some water and then follow the instructions on the package. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken with what you want and add oil to the sauce pan. Add the chicken, browning on both sides, fry for about 5-6 minutes on each side. You can also prepare some vegetables for garnish, such as roasted cauliflower.

9. Pizza

You can usually buy pizza dough and pizza sauce at any grocery store, so if you buy them, the 2 basic steps are already complete! Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Cover the dough in flour and then knead to the desired size. Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza and then add the grated mozzarella. Or whatever cheese you choose. You can also use plain cheese or add any side dishes you choose. Cover the baking sheet in oil, place the pizza on a sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. And you already have it, another simple 30-minute meal!

10. Omelet

First you need 2 large eggs, beat the eggs, stir in a bowl, add a small amount of cream and beat the eggs. Add in chopped vegetables such as peppers, mushrooms or tomatoes.
