Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry. Wash the lemon and slice thinly. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of lemon on each sandwich next to the fish. For fish - a sprig of dill. Very tasty and pretty!

Shrimps with garlic

Let's continue the marine theme with shrimp with garlic. Juicy and flavorful! Choose shrimp without extra ice. According to this recipe, you can cook both peeled and unpeeled shrimp.

Ingredients:

400 g shrimp 1 tbsp. l. dried garlic 2 tbsp. l. olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 lemon

Defrost shrimp and drain excess moisture. Remove shrimp with dark spots inside the shell.

Pour oil into a frying pan or stewpan with a thick bottom, heat and put the shrimp. Salt and season with dried garlic, mix. You can also use fresh garlic or its arrows.

Fry the shrimp for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally to evenly cook. The shrimp will release juice, fry until it evaporates. The shrimp should be browned. If desired, add hot or other favorite spices.

Put the cooked shrimp on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges and dill sprigs. Serve warm. Real jam!

Salami rolls

A variety of rolls and cornets are sure to decorate the table and delight guests. We offer one of the interesting options.

Ingredients:

80 g salami 100 g hard cheese 12-15 pcs. pitted prunes 1-2 garlic cloves mayonnaise to taste herbs to taste lettuce leaves for serving

To simplify the cooking process for yourself, buy immediately chopped salami. Wash the prunes and soak for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Then drain the water, cut the prunes into pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic and herbs. Mix prunes, cheese, garlic and herbs, season with mayonnaise to taste.

For each slice of sausage, put the filling in the center and wrap it on both sides in a roll. Thin slices keep their shape perfectly, you do not need to fasten them with anything. Arrange clean, dry lettuce leaves on a serving platter and rolls on top. The snack will not go unnoticed!

Overton

Well, one of the latest popular snack options is pita roll.

Ingredients:

1-2 pcs. thin pita bread 150 g crab sticks 100 g hard cheese a small bunch of dill mayonnaise to taste

Cut pita bread into 3 equal parts 20 cm wide or more. Lubricate the first layer of pita with a small amount of mayonnaise using a culinary brush. Evenly distribute grated cheese on a fine grater. We put the second sheet of pita bread on top of the cheese and also grease with mayonnaise. If desired, add minced garlic to the cheese layer. Distribute grated crab sticks. The third sheet of pita bread remains, which we put on top of the pita bread with crab sticks, put mayonnaise and chopped dill on it. It turns out a three-story structure.

On the long side, roll the pita bread into a roll. Cut off the edges of the roll, and cut the rest into portions and put on a dish. Fast and tasty!

Bon appetit to you and your guests!
