Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil. Crack one egg into a bowl, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar and beat with a whisk. Pour in 2 tbsp. spoons of milk, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, a spoonful of cocoa, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, a third of a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of vanillin. Stir. If you like, add chopped nuts, raisins, candied fruit, or chocolate chips. Pour the dough into molds and microwave at 750 for 3-4 minutes.
