2. Salad with shrimp and avocado

Put boiled shrimp in a bowl, add avocado, tomatoes, pour oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Mix gently and transfer to serving bowls. Top with tomato halves and herbs. You can decorate with a small heart cut out of avocado or a heart lined with two shrimp.

By the way, you can add slices of ripe mango to the salad!

3. Pancakes for Valentine's Day

 

Valentine's Day is not only a romantic dinner. It starts with breakfast. And here it is impossible to deviate from the festive theme.

Cream:

flour - 35 g; egg yolk - 2 pcs.; milk - 1 glass; sugar - 60 g; 1 vanilla stick; chocolate (for decoration).

Dough:

flour - 65 g; egg - 1 pc.; milk - 1/2 cup; sugar - 80 g; vegetable oil - 1 tsp;

Cut the vanilla stick lengthwise, add to the milk and heat on the stove. Beat the yolks with sugar in a bowl and add the sifted flour. To stir thoroughly. Strain and pour in milk with vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring with a whisk, until thickened. Once this happens (5-7 minutes), transfer to a plate, cover with cling film and let cool.

For the dough, mix eggs and sugar, then add milk and pour in the sifted flour. Mix well. Fry the pancakes in a greased pan and, when they have cooled slightly, cut out hearts using a notch. Layer the heart with cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover with another heart on top. Repeat 3-4 times. And pour the last pancake heart with melted chocolate.

Ingredients:

kiwi - 2 pcs.; corn flakes - 50 g; cream cheese - 200 g; cream - 50 ml; powdered sugar - 50 g.
