Ingredients:
Smoked meat - 300 grams; Potato - 1 pc.; Egg - 3 pcs.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Mushrooms - 300 grams; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; Canned corn - 3 tbsp. l.; Sweet pepper - 1 pc. (for decoration); Salt, pepper, mayonnaise, herbs - to taste.
First, boil the potatoes and hard-boiled eggs in salted water until soft. Cool and clean. Separate the whites from the yolks. Chop the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Send chopped mushrooms there. Salt, pepper to taste, fry for 7 minutes until cooked over medium heat.
Cover a deep salad bowl with cling film, as the salad will need to be turned over before serving. At the bottom, lay out the protein, grated on a medium grater, smeared with mayonnaise.
