The water content in lettuce is 96%. Leafy vegetables also provide the body with fiber and 5% of the daily dose of folic acid. Lettuce is also rich in vitamins A and K, which are important for maintaining healthy bones and a good immune system.
Celery contains approximately 95% water. It is a very healthy and hydrating food. Due to its high water content and the few calories it contains, celery is an ideal food for weight loss. It also contains vitamin K and potassium, which protect against cardiovascular and bone diseases such as osteoporosis .

Regular consumption reduces inflammation in the body, which can cause heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's and even cancer.
