Juicy red fish baked with rice and vegetables - what could be tastier?
We will need:
400 g trout fillet; 100 g of yellow cheese; 100 ml cream; 500 g vegetable mix (frozen or fresh vegetables); bulb; 3-4 cloves of garlic; 150 g of boiled rice; a spoon or two of vegetable oil; spices to taste; half a lemon.
How will we cook? First of all, we marinate the fish fillet in lemon juice with spices. Then chop the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Garlic finely, onions and tomatoes can be larger. Put the rice on the bottom of the mold. It has onions and tomatoes. Then we spread the fish, and garlic on it. Pour everything with cream and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes, so the cheese will melt and the fish will get a beautiful cheese crust. That's all! The most tender fillet of red fish is ready to serve on the New Year's table!
Chicken is a light meat that both adults and children love. In addition, it is a very budget option! Ingredients (for a large company, increase the amount proportionally):
chicken fillet (about 300 g); bulb; tomato; 100 g of hard cheese; 100 ml sour cream or mayonnaise; salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking chicken is not difficult at all, especially if it is chicken baked in the oven. First, cut one fillet into three parts so that the pieces are not too thick. Then beat the meat a little, salt and pepper, lightly rub the seasonings, if you want.
We cut the onion and tomatoes into rings, and rub the cheese on a medium or large grater. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, put our fillet on top. Grease the fillet with sour cream or mayonnaise. Put onions and tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Lamb is a special meat. Juicy, fatty, but so tasty! It's perfect for the Christmas table too!
What will we take:
2-2.5 kg of lamb; 5 cloves of garlic; 2 tbsp. l. spices for meat or lamb; 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste; salt to taste.
Prepare the sauce: mix the tomato paste with spices and salt. Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press, add to the sauce. Ready.
Now let's get to the meat. Lamb must be washed and dried with a paper towel. Then carefully rub the meat with the prepared sauce.
We put it in a sleeve for baking, close it. Poke a few holes in the bag with a fork. We spread it in a mold and send it to a cold oven. We set the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 2 hours.
Please note: for each kilogram of meat, one additional hour of roasting is needed, so you can calculate the time based on the weight of the lamb. For example, a large piece of 3.5 kg will take about 3.5 hours. At the end of cooking, cut the sleeve and let the meat brown to get a nice crust. Bon appetit!
A great option for a hot appetizer or addition to a side dish! Prepares simply and quickly.
Ingredients:
150 g of cheese; 100 ml of mayonnaise; 4 pork steaks; 2 carrots; bulb; vegetable oil for frying; black pepper, salt to taste.
Let's prepare the vegetables - we rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater and cut the onion finely enough. We beat the steaks so that the meat is tender. Lubricate each piece with mayonnaise and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. Fry the onions and carrots and simmer for about 8 minutes. It is better to salt the vegetables. Then don't forget to grate the cheese into the bowl. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the meat on it. Top with stewed vegetable mixture. Grease a little with mayonnaise again. Sprinkle with cheese. All! We send to bake in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Ready!
Delicate pork chop can be served both hot and cold. The main thing is to marinate in advance!
Ingredients:
1.5 kg pork chop; 4 sprigs of rosemary; 4 cloves of garlic; 2 tbsp. l. mustard; 1 st. l. horseradish, salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Dry the piece of meat with a paper towel. We make shallow cuts along the entire surface of the meat and stuff with slices of garlic. We rub the meat with a mixture of salt, pepper, mustard and horseradish, put it on cling film, put a couple of sprigs of rosemary under the pork and the same amount on top, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for pickling for 14 hours.
Then remove the film and rosemary from the meat. Fry the meat in a very hot frying pan on all sides for a minute. Don't pierce it! We wrap the meat in foil and send it to bake at 220 degrees for 1.5-2 hours. Ready!
A very interesting and unusual dish, which is easy to surprise guests.
Ingredients:
900 g-1 kg of minced meat (preferably a mix of beef and pork); egg; 1-2 carrots; 3 slices of a loaf; 1/2 cup milk; bulb; 2 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder; a couple of pinches of black ground pepper; 1 tsp with a slide of salt; spices to taste.
For sauce:
2 tbsp. l. any jam; 1 tsp hot sauce; 75 ml ketchup.
To the minced meat, add a long loaf soaked in milk along with milk, chopped onion, garlic or garlic powder passed through a press, carrots cut into small cubes (you can lightly fry them in oil until soft), salt and pepper, a thoroughly beaten egg. Knead the mass until smooth.
Lubricate the form for the meat loaf with vegetable oil and lay out the minced meat tightly. Send to bake in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Let's prepare the sauce. To do this, mix jam, hot sauce and ketchup in a bowl.
After 45 minutes, remove the loaf from the oven, grease with sauce and send it back to the oven for another 25 minutes. Ready!
Great side dish for the oven!
Ingredients:
2 zucchini; 2 eggplants; 2-3 blue onions; 4 tomatoes; 3 cloves of garlic; 2 bell peppers; 4-5 sprigs of thyme; salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking like this: cut the vegetables into large rings or cubes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay the vegetables out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you like, salt, pepper, and drizzle the vegetables directly onto the parchment with oil. Roast seasonal vegetables or whatever you have. Very tasty in the oven are also celery, turnips, parsnips. Serve straight out of the oven with meat, fish or poultry.
