After a long and stressful day at work, there is no time or energy left to cook dinner. But this is not a reason to eat junk food: do not be too lazy to spend 30 minutes and cook delicious, healthy and satisfying food - catch seven quick recipes!

1. Classic steak

Take the loin. Lightly marinate the meat - vegetable oil, salt, spices and herbs, finely chopped onion and garlic will make the loin more tender and appetizing. Just mix all the ingredients, coat the meat with them and leave for 15 minutes. For a classic steak, you will have to fry the loin for five minutes on each side, for meat with blood - three, and for strong frying - seven minutes.

2. Pasta with vegetable stew

If in the evening the soul does not lie with the meat, cook penne pasta in a vegetarian way. First, boil pasta until al dente. Then prepare the vegetables: soak the eggplant in salted water, fry the onion until translucent, and cut the peeled tomato into cubes. Stew vegetables with spices for 10 minutes, then season with apple juice and mix with pasta. Fast, tasty and original.

3. Baked salmon with garnish

What is the easiest way to cook fish? That's right, bake it in the oven. Grease several parts of the salmon fillet with marinade - olive oil with spices - and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. In the meantime, boil rice and vegetables until tender - Brussels sprouts are best. When all the ingredients are ready, serve the dish, decorating it with lemon-yoghurt sauce.

4. Baked pork chops

Pound the pork with a kitchen mallet. Prepare the batter: mix grated raw potatoes, chopped herbs, garlic, onions and spices to taste. If desired, add a little sour cream or mayonnaise. Roll the chops in batter and fry in a preheated pan until golden brown. Then transfer them to a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 5 minutes. Serve with vegetables or puree.

5. Chicken and mushroom pie

A juicy mushroom-flavoured pie can not only be prepared for dinner, but also taken to work the next day. First, prepare the filling: cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, mix with vegetable oil and spices and lightly fry in a heated pan. Add some butter, chopped green onion and bay leaf. Cut the mushrooms into slices and send to fry with chicken and herbs for 6 minutes.

For juiciness, add some sour cream, chicken broth and mustard. When the filling is ready, transfer it to a baking dish with dough (do not forget the sides!), cover with a sheet of dough. Fold the edges of the dough inward, make a hole in the center of the pie for steam to escape and bake for 20 minutes.

Cut the fish fillet into portions. In a separate bowl, mix chopped onion, mayonnaise, a little sour cream, your favorite spices and herbs. Place the fish fillet in the resulting marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

After marinating, place the fillet on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread the remaining marinade on top, sprinkle each slice with grated hard cheese and brush with mayonnaise. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

This recipe is perfect for spicy baked chicken lovers. First, mix the spices: garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika and red hot pepper. Add salt and ground black pepper. Transfer the spices to the bowl with the chicken thighs and toss a few times to evenly coat the surface of the chicken.

Transfer the reed to a greased baking sheet and bake at 220 degrees until crispy, turning occasionally. At the end of cooking, brush the chicken with honey and put it in the oven for another 1 minute. Serve with vegetables.
