1. Hearty salad with vegetables, apple and pomegranate

 

This dish has an amazing combination of not only flavors, but also textures.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 pcs.; Carrots - 1 pc.; Sour apple - 1 pc.; Cod liver - 1 jar; Pomegranate - 1/2 pc.; Salt, mayonnaise and herbs - to taste.

Wash the vegetables and boil in salted water until soft. Cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Carefully separate the pomegranate seeds and grate the apple separately. Everything, you can collect the salad in layers: potatoes, cod liver, herbs and mayonnaise, apple, mayonnaise and carrots. Salt to taste, and before serving, garnish with chopped herbs and pomegranate.

If your beans are frozen, put them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then dry them. Combine cod liver (without oil), beans, chopped celery in a salad bowl. Make a dressing from the remaining oil, adding mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in dressing, toss gently and serve salad.

Ingredients:

Cod liver - 1 jar; Green onions - 1 bunch; Eggs - 2-3 pcs.; Salt and pepper - to taste.

Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Wash the greens, dry and cut, but not too finely. Cut the liver and eggs into cubes. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, pour in the liver oil and mix.

If desired, you can replace green onions with onions, fresh or pickled, for example.

Ingredients:

Cod liver - 1 jar; Carrots - 1 pc.; Egg - 3-4 pcs.; Rice - 1/3 cup; Greens, salt and mayonnaise - to taste.

Boil the carrots in salted water until soft, cook the rice separately until tender, and hard boil the eggs. When all the ingredients have cooled, you can collect the salad. Lay the rice in the first layer. It can be greased with mayonnaise or poured with liver oil. Then lay out the chopped greens (preferably green onions) and the liver, kneading it a little beforehand. Peel and grate the carrots on a medium grater, grate the whites and yolks separately. Lay out the proteins, smearing with mayonnaise, then carrots and yolks on top. It is best to send the salad for an hour and a half in the refrigerator before serving.

7. Salad "Forest Mystery"

 

Another salad recipe with rice, but there are a little more ingredients than the previous one.

You will need:

Cod liver - 1 jar; Boiled rice - 100 g; Boiled eggs - 2-3 pcs.; Cheese - 100 g; Bulb - 1 pc.; Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.; Carrots - 1 pc.; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; Salt, herbs and mayonnaise - to taste.

 

Boil eggs and rice in advance, cool. Peel and chop onions and carrots. Send to a frying pan with heated oil and fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until soft. Remove from fire and cool. Mash the liver with a fork, grate the eggs and cheese, and cut the cucumber into small slices.

Collect the salad in layers in this order: rice, liver, eggs, fried vegetables, cheese and cucumber. Salt each layer if desired and brush with mayonnaise. Top with chopped herbs. Before serving, let the salad soak for about an hour in the refrigerator.
