This is a very tasty fish soup from Kazakh cuisine. To prepare the broth, bring water with allspice and bay leaf to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum and add the fish fillet. We send vegetables to the broth: potatoes, carrots and onions. At the end of cooking, we throw in fresh herbs, let the soup brew for a few minutes and serve!

Light, fresh and flavorful soup! Bring chicken broth to a boil, add potatoes and simmer until tender. In the meantime, prepare the fried onions, carrots and dried bell peppers. Delicious, light and hearty soup! Saute vegetables in a saucepan: onion, carrot and garlic. Add potatoes to vegetables and fry for a few more minutes. Then send bell peppers, tomato juice, turmeric, Italian herbs, salt and pepper to the pan. As soon as the juice boils, add the rice and heat for a couple of minutes, then add water and cook until the rice and vegetables are fully cooked. A few minutes before removing the soup from heat, add the green peas. Let the soup brew for half an hour and serve to the table, garnished with fresh herbs!
