This dish can hardly even be called a soup - it looks more like a dessert. Its creamy texture, light garlic aroma and tender cream cheese put it on a par with a classic soup, while chickpeas make it more satisfying. Serve chilled and don't forget to garnish with mint leaves.

Too bold at first glance, the combination actually turns into an appetizing-looking and delicious cream soup. Avocado gives the dish a puree-like consistency, and shrimp - the aroma of seafood and the vitamin and mineral complex necessary for the body.
Small cucumber, pulp of one avocado, chopped onion, a couple of chopped mint leaves, salt, pepper, 4 tbsp. l. lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l. Whip natural yogurt with a blender. Ladle into bowls, top with a few boiled shrimp, garnish with a mint leaf and a radish.
By themselves, zucchini can hardly be called an ingredient rich in taste. Therefore, we advise you to supplement them with fragrant thyme and parmesan. It's simple: fry the zucchini with garlic, then cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat, then chop with a blender. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
Cold soups are wonderful, but somehow you don’t feel like serving zucchini soup for a festive dinner. There is a way out: cook blueberry soup with wine and cardamom - the aroma of herbs and grapes will amaze you!
In a saucepan, bring to a boil a mixture of the juice of one orange, white fruit wine (or grape juice), water, and half a cup of sugar. Take a glass of wine and water. Boil for a minute, stirring. Add two cups of washed blueberries and cook for another minute. Cool down. Then beat the mass into a puree and strain through a sieve. Pour into bowls and add a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt.
